Abstract

Procedimiento y dispositivo para el tratamiento y clasificacion de una materia granular que incorpora medios operativos para realizar un primer proceso de lavado de la materia granular primaria con chorros de agua, al tiempo que se provoca por centrifugacion, la rotura fisica del material granular, en otros granos mas pequenos, formando una pasta de material granular desmenuzada y agua, que pasa por un segundo proceso de enjuague, mediante duchas de agua y separacion de la masa, por cribado, en diversos tamanos de grano, que se clasifican por salidas distintas y evacuacion del agua residual.
