Abstract

Metodo para cargar moldes ceramicos que presentan una placa de troquel que tiene al menos una cavidad en formacion en la cual se recibe de manera deslizable un troquel, que comprende los siguientes pasos operativos para cada ciclo de carga completo: preparar una capa de polvo al menos la parte superior de la cual tiene propiedades que se ajustan a las caracteristicas esteticas requeridas de la superficie expuesta de la teja; transferir la capa por arriba de al menos una cavidad de formacion; depositar en al menos una cavidad una capa de polvo que tiene un espesor mayor que el necesario para obtener el espesor deseado de teja, y antes de prensar, remover, por una accion de corte mecanico con remocion simultanea del material separado de esta manera, la capa superficial del polvo contenido en la cavidad de molde, sin mezclado apreciable del polvo presente en la entrecara entre la capa superficial y la capa subyacente.
