Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación y mejora de microorganismos productores de ácido D-pantoténico al reforzar las secuencias nucleótidas que codifican a la reductasa de cetopantoato, en especial del gen panE, individualmente o combinadas entre si, y en caso dado adicionalmente el gen ilvC, los microorganismos que contienen esas secuencias nucleótidas y un procedimiento para la preparación de ácido D-pantoténico consistente de la fermentación de esos microorganismos, el enriquecimiento del ácido pantoténico en el medio o en las células de los microorganismos y el aislado del ácido D-pantoténico.
