Abstract
La presente se refiere a ADN originario de Corynebacterium, preferentemente recombinadas replicable en microorganismos corineformes, que cuando menos contiene una secuencia nucleotida que codifica al gen thrE, y a un procedimiento para la preparacion de L-treonina, caracterizado porque se realizan los siguientes pasos: a) fermentacion de los microorganismos de acuerdo con una o varias de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en las cuales cuando menos se refuerza (sobre-expresa) el gen thrE, eventualmente en combinacion con otros genes, enriquecimiento de la L- treonina en el medio o en las celulas de los microorganismos, y aislado de la L-treonina.
