The invention also relates to this glazing mounted on a hollow frame as well as its assembly. There are usually two types of aperture for a glazing: an opening by rise-fall, that is by translation, and an opening by rotation. The invention relates to this last type of opening, that is to say that the encristalado one moves in pivot by saying thus by a vertical or horizontal axis. The amplitude of the opening is a function of the considered application. For a rear window of a vehicle, the glazing can be opened, for example, from 1 to 6 °. The fixing of the frame of this hinge element or hinge is made by screwing or bolts on the inside, for example of a vehicle, which is particularly difficult and is a source of loss of time. EP 0,096,129 discloses a hinge or hinge of a single element, of an elastic material that can be fixed to the frame of the window opening by means of clamping. The fixing means of the hinge to the hollow of the window is, according to this document, a U-shaped piece that has a spike or cam, the piece overlapping the periphery of the window frame while that the pin or cam is inserted in a hole previously drilled in this frame. However, this type of fixing requires a particular shape of the window gap, in order to allow this overlap. On the other hand, at the time of fixing the hinge to the frame, the spike or cam runs the risk of scratching the paint of the frame of the window gap and then causes corrosion. The main purpose of the invention is to provide a glazing that is opened by rotation, whose hinge or hinge is invisible from the outside always presenting security guarantees and whose fixation to the glass panel and / or plastic material and the frame of the window opening is satisfactory. Another object of the invention is to provide a glazing where the assembly is made essentially from the outside and is particularly simple. Another object of the invention is to propose a glazing that is opened by rotation, provided with at least one hinge element and sealing and / or maintenance means, ready for assembly. The invention relates to a glazing that can be mounted in a frame of a window recess, essentially on the outside, comprising a transparent panel and at least one hinge element. According to the invention, the glazing assembly in the frame of a window opening is carried out according to a normal procedure in relation to the surface delimited by said frame, then by interlocking, and the hinge or hinge element comprises less a rigid rod capable of being joined to a complementary element fixed to the frame of the gap, always preserving at least one degree of freedom in the rotation for opening or closing the glass panel and / or plastic material, which is not possible assumption, due to the interlocking, that when the glazing comprises one or several hinge elements placed on one side only. In this way, according to the invention, the opening or closing of the panel is caused by a mechanical and non-elastic movement, which ensures a durability of the glazing that opens, particularly satisfactory. Rigid rod means a rod of non-deformable material. Its rigidity is, for example, that of a semi-hard steel. The material is of the steel type or any metal, alloy or non-deformable plastic material. The rigid rod is attached to the frame of the window opening by a complementary element. The latter comprises a cavity intended to receive one end of the rigid rod and to maintain it in its breast. It is also preferably fixed to the recess by means of clamping or clamping, an elastic part being applied against the walls of a hole previously drilled in the frame of the window recess. Its fixation to the hole is thus ensured by the elastic part. The maintenance of the rod in the cavity of the complementary element is preferably obtained by clamping or clamping. This can be the contacting of a part of the rod that is applied against a part of at least one wall of the hole drilled in the frame of the window opening, always leaving a free space to allow the rotation movement of the rod. The clamping can also be ensured by the presence of at least one throttle on the wall of the cavity or vice versa. The maintenance of the rod within the cavity can also be obtained by a combination of these means, or any other means to the extent that the rotation movement of the rod within the cavity is possible. The rod may, depending on the case, have other degrees of freedom and mainly another degree of rotation. The material that constitutes the complementary element must be sufficiently elastic to allow the passage of the element when it is placed in the hole. This material can be of the steel type that forms spring. The dimensions of the complementary element are a function of the dimensions of the rod and of the hole drilled in the window opening. Its height is slightly higher than the height of the rod, to allow the tilting movement always ensuring a reduced necessary space. This is, for example, higher than 1 to 3 mm from the height of the rod. The width of the part located through the hole is, as far as this is concerned, slightly less than the diameter of the hole of a difference less than or equal to 0.2 mm.
The opposite end of the rod attached to the frame of the window opening is preferably recessed, at least partially, in a plastic material which ensures, at least in part, the tightness between the glazing and the recess, and / or the placement and maintenance of glazing in the hole. According to an advantageous variant, this plastic material overmolds the periphery of the glass panel and / or plastic material. This preferably comprises a lip or edge that allows the placement and maintenance of the glazing in the frame of the window opening. A supplementary means for improving the airtightness within the glazing / window opening frame, at the level of the hole drilled in this frame, can also be provided. This can be plastic washers, the application of a point of co.a or any other means of tightness. This means is, for example, located between the plastic material that overmolds, at least in part, the glass panel and / or the plastic material and the frame of the window opening. The material that constitutes it is, for example plastic or plastoelástico in such a way that it accompanies the movement of the rod at the time of opening or closing the panel. It also preferably has adhesive properties against the material constituting the gap in the window, in order to avoid any additional use of an adhesive material. Advantageously, it is a plastic, hot-melt adhesive material, however not flowing, for example a foam preimpregnated from a material that confers hermetic properties, the type of pre-impregnated polyvinyl chloride foam, or a material of the butylated rubber type. or even a material including a desiccating agent, for example, a mixture of polyisobutylene and butylated rubber comprising a desiccating agent, for example a molecular sieve. The dimensions of the rod are preferably chosen in order that the end of the rod opposite to that attached to the frame of the window opening, is embedded in the plastic material that overmolds the panel.
