Abstract
Un compuesto de la formula (I), en donde X representa (CH2)nO, (CH2)nS o Cz alquileno; n representa 1 o 2; Ar1 representa indanilo, tetrahidronaftilo, naftilo, o fenilo, los cuales son dos grupos posteriores que se pueden sustituir por uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados a partir de cloro, fluoro, OR1 O(CH2)mCONR20R21, C(O)R2, alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono (opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más átomos de fluorina), piridilo, tiazinilo, fenilo o alquilfenil de 7 a 9 átomos de carbono los cuales son dos grupos posteriores que son opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados a partir de halo, nitro, OR3, alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono (opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más átomos de fluorina), C(O)R4, C(O)R5, C(O)N(R6)R7, CN,CH2OR14, CH2NR15R16, N(R8)R9, N(R10)SO2R11, N(R12)C(O)R13, OC(O)R19 y S02NR17R18, m representa un numero entero de 1 a 3; R1, R2 y R3 representan independientemente H, alquilo de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono (opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más átomos de fluorina), alquilfenilo de 7 a 8 átomos de carbono o fenilo, el cual es un grupo posterior que es opcionalmente sustituido por hidroxi; y R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, y R21 representa independientemente H, alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono (opcionalmente sustituidos por uno o más átomos de fluorina) o fenil; en el cual cualquier grupo alquilo representado se puede interrumpir por uno o más átomos de oxígeno; con la condicion de que cuando X representa CH2CH2, Ar1 no puede representar fenilo, o fenilo sustituido con uno o más sustituyentes OR1, en el cual R1 representa alquilo de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable derivada del mismo, puede ser usada para el tratamiento de enfermedades vía aérea obstructivas reversiblemente o condiciones alérgicas de la piel, nariz y ojos.
