Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion farmacéutica util para la transfeccion de un ácido nucleico caracterizada porque contiene además de dicho ácido nucleico y al menos un agente de transfeccion, al menos un compuesto que asocia las propiedades de fijacion del ADN a una capacidad de vectorizacion nuclear de este ADN. Se porta además la utilizacion de dicha composicion para la transferencia in vitro, ex vivo y/o in vivo de ácidos nucleicos.
