Abstract
La presente invencion proporciona compuestos de la formula (I) en donde R1 es -H, -OH, -O(alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono), -OCOC6H5 -OCO(alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono) o -OSO2(alquilo de 4 a 6 átomo de carbono); R2 es alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono o cicloalquilo de 5 a 7 átomos de carbono que esta opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste de alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono alcoxi de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, hidroxi, amino, nitro y halo; X es -CH(OH)- o - CH2-; M es -CH2CH2- o -CH=CH-; n es 2 o 3; y R3 es 1-piperidinilo, 1-pirrolidinilo, metil-pirrolidinilo, dimetilo-1-pirrolidinilo, 4-morfolino, dimetilamino, dietilamino o 1 haxametilenimino; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptables del mismo. También se proporcionan métodos para utilizar los compuestos de la presente invencion para los tratamientos de diversas indicaciones médicas asociadas con el síndrome postmenstrual, enfermedad fibroide uterina, endometrosis y proliferacion de células del modulo liso aortal. La presente invencion proporciona composiciones farmacéuticas de compuestos de la formula (I), así como compuestos intermediarios para la preparacion de los mismos.
