Abstract
Un método para formar un producto alimenticio leguminoso deshidratado para reconstituirse en un producto alimenticio listo para comer. El producto alimenticio producido por el presente método tiene un contenido de humedad de aproximadamente el 4 % al 14 %, y de manera preferible del 7 %. El producto formado por el presente método se reconstituye instantáneamente y tiene el color, apariencia, textura, aroma y consistencia de la sopa de chícharos preparada de manera convencional.
