Abstract

La presente invencion se dirige a un proceso y a un aparato para perforar, crepar o opcionalmente laminar telas, tal como por ejemplo películas y no tejidos fibrosos. La presente invencion también se dirige a los materiales resultantes. El proceso para la perforacion y el crepado de tela su utiliza un rodillo de patron y rodillo de yunque con el rodillo de yunque siendo girado más rápido que el rodillo de patron. El material resultante es visualmente muy diferente de los materiales convencionales los cuales son típicamente corridos a través de rodillos similares en donde el rodillo de patron y el rodillo de yunque se corren a la misma velocidad o en donde el rodillo de patron se corre más rápido que el rodilo de yunque. Los materiales reusltantes tienen una amplia variedad de aplicaciones la menor de las cuales no es la incluye un materal de forro para artículos absorbentes paara el cuido personal tales como pañales, calzones de entrenamiento, productos para la higiene femenina, vendajes y similares.
