Abstract
Un proceso para preparar clorhidrato de N-[2-[[[5-[dimetalamino]-metil-2-furanil]-metil]-2 -furanil]metil]tio]etuK-N'-metil-2-nitro-1,1-etild iamina puro, designado clorhidrato de ranitidina Forma 1, a partir de ranitidina en cloruro de metileno con la adicion de ácido clorhídrico. El clorhidrato de ranitidina Forma 1 aso obtenido es estable y por lo tanto util para producir cantidades en escala comercial de clorhidrato de ranitidina Forma 1.
