Abstract
Esta invencion se refiere a un compuesto neurotroficos de éster N-glioxilprolílico que tiene una afinidad para inmunofilinas de tipo FKBP, su preparacion y uso como inhibidores de la actividad enzimática asociada con proteínas de inmunofilina, y particularmente inhibidores de peptidilprolilisomerasa o actividad de enzima rotamasa.
