Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un producto para hacer pasteles, galletas y confitería, que puede estar presente por sí mismo en la forma de una masa aireada, y es capaz de ser utilizado como una decoracion en un producto compuesto hecho, además de un producto horneado. La invencion también se refiere a un procedimiento para preparar este producto airado y el producto compuesto decorado. La masa aireada se mantiene durante varios meses a una temperatura tan alta como 30°C, sin ningun cambio en la estructura, textura o sabor.
