Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con un sustrato provisto con material superabsorbentes a ser manufacturado permitiendo que los monomeros adecuados polimericen en presencia de un catalizador para obtener una solucion polimérica agregando un agente reticulante a la solucion polimérica para obtener una composicion pastosa, aplicando posteriormente la composicion sobre o en un sustrato y permitiendo que la composicion aplicada seque y reticule para obtener el sustrato con el material superabsorbente. Los sustratos pueden usarse como material de forro o revestimiento en cables, en productos de higiene tales como toallas higiénicas para bebé, toallas sanitarias y productos para la incontinencia, o como empaques y materiales de empaque y en sustratos agrícolas. La invencion también se relaciona con tales productos.
