Abstract

Se proporciona un dispositivo de amplificacion de ADN y de ensayo de sonda de ADN, que incluye una multiplicidad de celdas de muestras discretas en un formato de "tarjeta" plana, con cada celda de muestra conteniendo los reactivos necesarios para la amplificacion de ADN y el ensayo de sonda de ADN homogéneo.
