Abstract
La presente invencion provee un procedimiento mejorado para fabricar una sutura de monofilamento de polipropileno, y consiste en dejar reposar por menos de dos días un filamento de polipropileno que ha sido estirado en dos pasos separados de estiramiento en la escala de aproximadamente 4X a aproximadamente 8.5X, recociendo después el filamento de polipropileno para proveer una sutura de polipropileno.
