Abstract
Procedimiento para el tratamiento termomecánico de una pista de vellon que consiste de filamentos y/o de fibras de un material sintético termoplástico, en un procedimiento continuo. La pista de vellon se mueve en el tratamiento termomecánico y con velocidad uniforme. La pista de vellon pasa primeramente una estacion de tratamiento térmico y es atravezada en esa estacion por una corriente gaseosa con una velocidad de corriente gaseosa y una temperatura de corriente gaseosa preestablecidas calentándose a una temperatura de precalentamiento. La pista de vellon precalentada se somete al tratamiento mecánico. La temperatura de la corriente gaseosa y la velocidad de la corriente gaseosa, por un parte, así como los tramos de tratamiento de la pista de vellon en la estacion de tratamiento térmico, por otra parte, se seleccionan de tal modo, que la temperatura de precalentamiento que de abajo de la temperatura del punto de fusion de los filamentos o de las fibras, en todas las velocidades que pueda adquirir la pista de vellon durante el funcionamiento incluyendo la velocidad nula. También se presentan aparatos para llevar a cabo el procedimiento de acuerdo con la presente invencion.
