Abstract
Un sistema telefonico celular tiene una antena para recibir una señal del sistema de localizacion tal como un GPS y una señal celular, un receptor del sistema de localizacion acoplado a la antena, un transceptor telefonico de radio movil, tal como celular digital, acoplado a la antena, y un procesador acoplado al receptor del sistema de posicionamiento global y al transceptor telefonico celular. El receptor del sistema de posicionamiento global emplea un demodulador del GPS para demodular una primer señal de posicion, una segunda señal de posicion, y una tercera señal de posicion a partir de un primer, segundo, tercer satélites de orbita terrestre. El transceptor telefonico celular emplea un canal de recepcion para demodular una porcion de entrada de la señal celular y generar una señal de frecuencia intermedia de entrada en respuesta a la misma, y un canal de transmision para modular una señal de frecuencia intermedia de salida y para generar una porcion de salida de la señal celular en respuesta a la misma. Además, el transceptor telefonico celular emplea un circuito de interface para convertir la señal de frecuencia intermedia de entrada y para convertir una señal digital de salida. El procesador determina una ubicacion aproximada del sistema telefonico celular, codifica una señal de informacion de voz de salida, y decodifica la señal de frecuencia intermedia de entrada.
