Abstract

Los productos de formula (I) donde: R2 es (C1-C4)-alquilo, (C1-C4)-acilo, CF3, Cl, Br o I; R3 es H, (C1-C4)-alquilo, (C1-C4)-acilo, (C1-C4)-alcoxilo, CF3, F, Cl, Br, fenilo, OH, SH, NH2, o amino mono- o disubstituido por (C1-C3)-alquilo; R4 es (C1-C4)-alquilo, (C1-C4)-acilo, CF3, F, Cl, Br, I, carboxilo, (C1-C4)-alcoxicarbonilo, ciano, nitro o fenilo; y R6 es H, (C1-C4)-alquilo, (C1-C4)-acilo, CF3, Cl, Bro I, presentan al mismo tiempo que una toxicidad baja, una actividad inhibidora de la 5-lipoxigenasa mucho mayor que la del benaprofeno o del ketoconazol. Esto los hace muy ventajosos para la preparacion de medicamentos contra enfermedades mediadas por leucotríenos, tales como artritis reumatoide, colitis ulcerosa, asma, psoriasis y herpes.
