Abstract
El invento se refiere a un mezclador-granulador-secador de una sola cubaque consiste en un aparato de producción de una sola etapa o una sola cubapara, sucesivamente, mezclar, granular en húmedo y secar productos sólidosfarmacéuticos, por ejemplo en la fabricación de productos pulverulentos,nódulos o granulados. El secador conforme al invento posee una capacidadde secado sensiblemente mejorada en comparación con aparatos de producciónconvencionales. La alta efectividad del secado se consigue mediante elempleo simultáneo de cuatro mecanismos de secado diferentes. Otro objetodel invento es un procedimiento para, sucesivamente mezclar, granular enhúmedo y secar durante la fabricación de productos sólidos farmacéuticos,en particular granulados farmacéuticos, en el que los procesos de mezcladonecesarios, la granulación en húmedo y el proceso subsiguiente de secadose llevan a cabo en un recipiente, y para el secado se emplea unacombinación de secado por contacto, secado por vacío, secado por aire debarrido y secado por infrarrojos con ayuda de un radiador plano deinfrarrojos cerámico eléctricamente caldeable, dispuesto por fuera delsecador, o un radiador de tubo de cuarzo eléctricamente caldeable.
