Abstract
El invento se refiere a un procedimiento para el tratamiento de aspartamo seco caracterizado porque, en una primera operación de separación, se separan partículas menores que 50 pm, con ayuda de una corriente de aire, de aspartamo que tiene una distribución del tamaño de las partículas en la que más del 5 en peso del aspartamo tiene un tamaño de partículas menor que 20 pm y más del 10 en peso del aspartamo tiene un tamaño de partículas mayor que 400 pm, y porque en una segunda operación de separación el producto resultante de la primera operación se somete a una operación de tamizado utilizando un tamiz que separa a un valor entre 150 y 250 pm, después de lo cual se recupera al fracción de las partículas menores así obtenidas como un primer producto y se recupera la fracción de las partículas mayores como un segundo producto o se somete opcionalmente a una operación de separación adicional utilizando un tamiz que separa a un valor entre 400 y 1000 pm, recuperándose la fracción de partículas menores así obtenidas como el segundo producto. Aspartamo que tiene una distribución del tamaño de las partículas en la que el 97 de las partículas es mayor que 20 pm y el 97 de las partículas es menor que 250 pm parece que presenta propiedades excepcionalmente buenas con relación a la capacidad de tratamiento y a la velocidad de disolución.
