Claims (11)
- 디펩티드 감미제, 이염 또는 착염의 열안정도를 향상시키는 방법으로써, 디펩티드가 균일한 입도분포를 가지는 고밀도의, 비-다공성의, 구형입자로 구상화 처리하는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디펩티드 감미제, 이의 염 또는 착염의 열안정도의 향상방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디펩티드 감미제가 아스파르탐(aspartame) 이의 염 또는 착염인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 입도분포가 10 내지 80 미국표준메쉬의 범위가 되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 입도분포가 20 내지 50 미국표준메쉬 범위가 되는 방법.
- 디펩티드 감미제, 이염 또는 착염의 열안정도를 향상시키는 방법으로써 -입도분포가 협소한 고밀도의 비다공성 구상입자를 만들기 위해 적절한 결합제를 사용하여(또는 사용하지 않고) 디펩티드를 구상화 처리하고, 그리고 -구상화 처리입자에 소수성 피복제를 한겹 이상으로 피복하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디펩티드 감미제, 염 또는 착염의 열안정도 향상 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 디펩티드 감미제가 아스파르탐, 이의 염 또는 착염인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 결합제를 고분자 탄수화물, 단백질, 대략 3-5의 pH를 가지는 완충제조성물, 약한 식품산 및 비활성의 제약조성물을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 입도분포가 10 내지 80 미국표준메쉬 범위인 방법.
- 제5,6,7 또는 8항에 있어서, 소수성 피복제를 지방, 전분, 단백질, 수불용성 섬유고분자 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 고분자 탄소화물을 다포도당(Polydextrose), 아비셀(Avicel) 및 전분을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전술한 지방을 부분적으로 수소화한 식물성기름, 부분적으로 수소화한 트리글리세리드 지방, 모노글리세리드 지방, 모노 및 디글리세리드 지방의 혼합물, 모노스테아린산 글리세롤 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하는 방법.
