Abstract
Se presenta un procedimiento para la fabricación de cemento por calentamiento previo del polvo base en un precalentador ciclónico calcinación de polvo base precalentado, quemado del polvo base calcinado con un horno de rotación tubular, enfriamiento del clinckeer o escoria de cemento que se ha formado en el horno de rotación tubular o molido de dicho 'clinckeer' del cemento. El procedimiento esta caracterizado por que una parte del combustible de alto valor que se utiliza para la fabricación de cemento se substituye por un combustible medio donde el combustible del valor medio se gasifica en una capa de remolino y el gas se divide en tres corrientes parciales, de las cuales se lleva la primera al horno de rotación tubular la segunda al gas de desecho de dicho horno y la tercera al calcinador.
