Abstract
Las nuevas sulfonamidocarboxamidas de la fórmula (I), en donde A, M, Q, X en Y tienen el significado expuesto en la descripción, así como sus hidratos o solvatos inhiben la agregación de plaquetas en la sangre inducida por trombina y coagulación de fibrinógeno en plasma. Se preparan mediante la amidinación de un grupo amino cíclico que corresponde a agrupación X o mediante formación a amida C(O)N(Q).
