Abstract
Un método para preparar un material de un producto alimenticio, particulado, revestido, congelado, en el cual el material del producto alimenticio es helado ó congelado y revestido simultáneamente con un revestimiento substancialmente continuo, poniendo en contacto el material de revestimiento líquido, comestible, en presencia de un refrigerante inocuo, con las partículas ó piezas del producto alimenticio con agitación.
