Abstract

Se describe el empleo de derivados de amida de ácido N-fenil-2-ciano-3-hidroxicrotónico de la fórmula (I) siendo R1 un átomo de hidrógeno o alquilo (C1-C4), R2 CN, CX3, WCX3, W(CH2)nCX3, NO2, (CH2)nCX3, halógeno, en donde X es halógeno, W es un átomo de oxígeno o azufre y n es un número entero de 1 a 3 , R3, alquilo (C1-C4), cicloalquilo (C3-C6), CN o -CO-R4, en donde R4 es alquilo (C1-C4) o cicloalquilo (C3-C6) y/o sus sales fisiológicamente compatibles, para el tratamiento de enfermedades reumáticas, enfermedades autoinmunes, así como de reacciones de rechazo del receptor de órganos frente al órgano transplantado.
