Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para purificar una gran cantidad de factores estimulantes de colonias de granulocitos humanos (hG-CSFs) a partir de un E. coli recombinante con alto rendimiento y pureza. De acuerdo con el método de la presente invención, el factor estimulante de colonias de granulocitos humano, idéntico a la forma nativa expresado en el cuerpo humano, se puede purificar fácilmente con alto rendimiento y pureza sin un proceso de activación adicional. En particular, de acuerdo con el método de purificación de la presente invención, las variantes de hG-CSF expresadas en E. coli se remueven eficientemente para obtener hG-CSFs fisiológicamente activos con alta pureza.
