Se proporciona una hoja de acero inoxidable ferrítico cuya composición química consiste, en % en masa, en C: 0.02% o menos, Si: 1.0% o menos, Mn: 1.0% o menos, P: 0.01 a 0.10%, S: 0.0001 a 0.005%, N: 0.02% o menos, Cr: 17.0 a 20.0%, Cu: 1.0 a 1.5%, Ti: 0.05 a 0.3%, Nb: 0.005 a 0.2%, Mo: 0.02 a 0.5%, B: 0.0001 a 0.0030%, Al: 0.005 a 0.5%, Ni: 0.01 a 0.2%, V: 0.01 a 0.2%, elementos opcionales, siendo el resto: Fe e impurezas y satisface [86 P + 33Nb + Mo + 4Al = 5.0], en el que una fracción de área de partículas de Cu con un diámetro igual o inferior a 20 nm es igual o inferior al 2.0%.
