Abstract
La invención se refiere a una suela ortopédica (1) o plantilla de zapato para personas con hallux valgus, soportando la suela ortopédica (1) o plantilla de zapato al caminar o en estado estático al menos los dedos del pie I a V y la planta del pie, en particular todo el pie desde el dedo I al V hasta el talón, comprendiendo la suela ortopédica (1) o plantilla de zapato una parte principal (14) y un elemento (3) conectado de forma móvil a la misma, encontrándose el elemento móvil (3) bajo el dedo del pie I y soportándolo y encontrándose la parte principal (14) al menos bajo los dedos del pie II a V y la planta del pie y soportándolos, estando el elemento móvil (3) conectado de forma móvil a la parte principal (14) de tal manera que puede girar en un plano horizontal dentro de los límites de la articulación del pie del dedo I y la planta del pie alrededor de un eje (4) que se caracteriza por que en la parte principal (14) de la suela de zapato (1) o plantilla bajo los dedos del pie II a V y/o el arco transversal del pie se encuentra una cavidad (7) en la que está montado un dispositivo hidráulico, mecánico, neumático, eléctrico o de otro tipo, que está conectado al elemento móvil (3) y, durante un movimiento de marcha, provoca el movimiento de rotación en el plano horizontal lateralmente alejándose de la parte principal (14), en particular a causa de la fuerza de presión causada por el propio peso del paciente sobre la suela ortopédica (1) o plantilla de zapato. La invención se refiere, además, a un zapato con una suela ortopédica (1) o plantilla de acuerdo con la invención.
