Abstract

Se proporciona un método para producir gránulos expandidos de resina a base de polipropileno y gránulos expandidos de resina a base de polipropileno que son capaces de suprimir la aparición de un problema de bloqueo y un problema de acumulación de manchas al mismo tiempo que se mantienen buenas características de unión por fusión entre los gránulos expandidos durante el proceso de moldeo. El método para producir los gránulos expandidos de resina a base de polipropileno (20) incluye una etapa de dispersión, una etapa de impregnación con un agente de soplado, y una etapa de formación de espuma, en el que los gránulos de resina a base de polipropileno (10) utilizados en la etapa de dispersión incluyen una capa central (11) que tiene una resina a base de polipropileno como una resina del material base, y una capa de unión por fusión (12) que cubre la capa del núcleo (11); la capa de unión por fusión (12) de los gránulos de resina a base de polipropileno (10) incluye el negro de humo y una amina impedida de tipo NOR; la proporción de mezclado del negro de humo en la capa de unión por fusión (12) de los gránulos de resina a base de polipropileno (10) se ajusta al 0.5% en peso o más y al 5% en peso o menos; y una relación de mezclado de la amina impedida de tipo NOR en la capa de unión por fusión (12) de los gránulos de resina a base de polipropileno (10) se ajusta al 0.03% en peso o más y al 0.5% en peso o menos; además, los gránulos expandidos de resina a base de polipropileno (20) tienen una superficie en la que se ubica una capa de unión por fusión (22); la capa de unión por fusión (22) incluye el negro de humo y la amina impedida de tipo NOR; una proporción de mezclado del negro de humo en la capa de unión por fusión (22) es del 0.5% en peso o más y del 5% en peso o menos; y una relación de mezclado de la amina impedida en la capa de unión por fusión (22) es del 0.03% en peso o más y del 0.5% en peso o menos.
