Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una composición acuosa estable que comprende al menos un oligosacárido de la leche humana para usar a fin de promover el crecimiento posnatal en infantes prematuros tan temprano como 3 semanas después de la suplementación, en donde la composición se administra tan pronto como sea posible después del nacimiento.
