Abstract
Un decodificador de audio multicanal para proveer por lo menos dos señales de audio egresadas sobre la base de una representación codificada está configurado para llevar a cabo una combinación ponderada de una señal de mezcla descendente, una señal decorrelacionada y una señal residual, de manera de obtener una de las señales de audio egresadas. El decodificador de audio multicanal está configurado para determinar un ponderal que describe una contribución de la señal decorrelacionada en la combinación ponderada en función de la señal residual. A codificador de audio multicanal para proveer una representación codificada de una señal de audio multicanal está configurado para obtener una señal de mezcla descendente sobre la base de la señal de audio multicanal, para proveer parámetros que describen dependencias entre los canales de la señal de audio multicanal, y para proveer una señal residual. El codificador de audio multicanal está configurado para variar una cantidad de señal residual incluida en la representación codificada en función de la señal de audio multicanal.
