Abstract
Una composición utilizable para eliminar una biopelícula y tejidos necróticos o infectados de una lesión cutánea, la cual comprende ácido etanosulfónico o ácido 1-propanosulfónico y un aceptor de protones. El aceptor de protones se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: sulfóxido de dimetilo, dióxido de silicio, tetraetoxisilano y mezclas de los mismos. Dicha composición se puede preparar en forma de gel.
