Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una composición acuosa de material de recubrimiento por electrodeposición catódicamente depositable que comprende al menos un polímero catódicamente depositable (a) y al menos un pigmento negro de carbón (b), en donde el al menos un pigmento negro de carbón (b) es un pigmento negro de humo que tiene un tamaño medio de partículas primarias basado en números (dN,50%) de al menos 50 nm y como máximo 200 nm, un método para recubrir al menos parcialmente un sustrato eléctricamente conductor por recubrimiento por electrodeposición catódica que comprende al menos las etapas (1) a (5), incluida la etapa (1) de sumergir el sustrato al menos parcialmente en un baño de recubrimiento por electrodeposición, que comprende la composición inventiva del material de recubrimiento por electrodeposición, un sustrato eléctricamente conductor, que está al menos parcialmente recubierto con una composición inventiva de material de recubrimiento por electrodeposición horneada y/o que puede obtenerse mediante el método inventivo, y un uso del pigmento negro de carbón (b) para mejorar la protección contra la corrosión y/o la homogeneidad del espesor (build) de la película.
