Abstract
La hoja de acero laminada en frío y recocida y método de fabricación, la hoja de acero tiene una composición que comprende 0.060% = C = 0.085%, 1.8% = Mn = 2.0%, 0.4% = Cr = 0.6%, 0.1% = Si = 0.5%, 0.010% = Nb = 0.025%, 3.42N = Ti = 0.035%, 0 = Mo = 0.030%, 0.020% = Al = 0.060%, 0.0012% = B = 0.0030%, S = 0.005%, P = 0.050%, 0.002% = N = 0.007% y opcionalmente 0.0005% = Ca = 0.005%, el resto de la composición es hierro e impurezas inevitables. La microestructura consiste en 34 a 80% de bainita, 10 a 16% de martensita y 10 a 50% de ferrita. La fracción de superficie de ferrita no recuperada, con respecto a toda la estructura, es inferior a 30%. La martensita consiste en martensita autotemplada y martensita fresca, la fracción de superficie de martensita autotemplada está comprendida entre 4 y 10%.
