Abstract

L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier laminée à froid et recuite après galvanisation ayant une composition comprenant, en pourcentage en poids : de 0,15 à 0,25 % de c, de 2,4 à 3,5 % de mn, de 0,30 à 0,90 % de si, de 0,30 à 0,70 % de cr, de 0,05 à 0,35 % de mo, de 0,001 à 0,09 % d'al, de 0,01 à 0,06 % de ti, de 0,0010 à 0,0040 % de b, de 0,01 à 0,05 % de nb, une proportion = 0,020 % de p, une proportion = 0,010 % de s et une proportion = 0,008 % de n, le complément de la composition étant constitué de fer et d'impuretés inévitables résultant de la fusion, et ayant une microstructure consistant en, en fraction de surface, entre 80 % et 90 % de martensite, le complément étant constitué de ferrite et de bainite.
