Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a anticuerpos que se unen específicamente al supresor de activación de linfocitos T que contiene inmunoglobulina con dominio V (VISTA) a pH ácido y su uso en el tratamiento del cáncer. En algunas modalidades, los anticuerpos se unen específicamente a VISTA humano a pH ácido, pero no se unen significativamente a VISTA humano a pH neutro o fisiológico.
