Abstract
Se describe un método de manufactura de un dispositivo de seguridad, que comprende: proporcionar una capa de soporte transparente que tiene primera y segunda superficies; transportar la capa de soporte transparente a lo largo de una ruta de transporte en una dirección de la máquina; y durante el transporte, en cualquier orden o simultáneamente: formar un arreglo de elementos de enfoque sobre la primera superficie de la capa de soporte transparente en por lo menos una primera región; y aplicar un arreglo de imagen a la segunda superficie de la capa de soporte transparente en por lo menos parte de la primera región. Por lo menos en una primera zona de registro de la capa de soporte transparente, el arreglo de imagen comprende un conjunto de primeros elementos de imagen que comprenden porciones de una primera imagen, intercalados con un conjunto de segundos elementos de imagen que comprenden porciones de una segunda imagen, y el arreglo de elementos de enfoque se configura tal que cada elemento de enfoque puede dirigir luz desde uno respectivo de los primeros elementos de imagen o de uno respectivo de los segundos elementos de imagen entre los mismos en dependencia del ángulo de visualización, mediante lo cual dependiendo del ángulo de visualización el arreglo de elementos de enfoque dirige luz de ya sea el conjunto de primeros elementos de imagen o de los segundos elementos de imagen entre los mismos, tal que a medida que se inclina el dispositivo, la primera imagen es exhibida al visualizador en un primer intervalo de ángulos de visualización y la segunda imagen es exhibida al visualizador en un segundo intervalo diferente de ángulos de visualización. Luego: (u) ópticamente capturar las imágenes exhibidas por el dispositivo de seguridad de cada uno de por lo menos un primero y un segundo ángulo de visualización de prueba, el primero y segundo ángulos de visualización de prueba que son diferentes entre sí, el primer ángulo de visualización de prueba que se encuentra en un primer intervalo esperado de ángulos de visualización y el segundo ángulo de visualización de prueba que se encuentra en un segundo intervalo esperado de ángulos de visualización; (v) comparar las imágenes capturadas una contra la otra y/o contra información almacenada correspondiente a la primera y segunda imágenes respectivamente y hacer una determinación en cuanto a si la primera y segunda imágenes son exhibidas sobre el primero y segundo intervalos esperados de ángulos de visualización; y (w) en base a la determinación, proporcionar el control de retroalimentación para de esta manera ajustar uno o más parámetros de la etapa (a) y/o etapa (b) cuando se realizan en partes subsecuentes de la capa de soporte transparente; mediante lo cual en las partes subsecuentes de la capa de soporte transparente el arreglo de elementos de enfoque y el arreglo de imagen se registran más precisamente entre sí en por lo menos una dirección.
