Abstract
El aparato descrito es un aparato de conversión de energía flotante para convertir energía obtenida de fuentes renovables de energía oceánica en energía útil, que comprende: un convertidor de energía eólica; una plataforma flotante dispuesta para soportar el convertidor de energía eólica en un cuerpo de agua que tiene una superficie y un lecho; y un miembro de conexión, estando colocado el miembro de conexión entre el convertidor de energía eólica y la plataforma flotante, comprendiendo la plataforma flotante una configuración en uso en la que la plataforma flotante está sumergida en el cuerpo de agua. En la configuración en uso, el miembro de conexión sobresale a través de la superficie del cuerpo de agua de manera que el convertidor de energía eólica se ubica sustancialmente por encima del cuerpo de agua. El aparato comprende además un convertidor de energía de las olas. El aparato tiene como objetivo proporcionar un dispositivo que tenga una mayor estabilidad en condiciones de tormenta, un suministro de energía más constante y un costo mejorado y facilidad de mantenimiento.
