Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un producto plano de acero, que presenta una buena aptitud para embutición profunda, una baja sensibilidad a rotura de bordes y un buen comportamiento de flexión. Para ello, el producto plano de acero contiene un acero que está constituido por (en % en peso) del 0,1 - 0,5 % de C, del 1,0 - 3,0 % de Mn, del 0,9 - 1,5 % de Si, hasta el 1,5 % de AI, hasta el 0,008 % de N, hasta el 0,020 % de P, hasta el 0,005 % de S, 0,01- 1 % de Cr, así como opcionalmente por uno o varios de los siguientes elementos: hasta el 0,2 % de Mo, hasta el 0,01 % de B, hasta el 0,5 % de Cu, hasta el 0,5 % de Ni así como opcionalmente por en total del 0,005 - 0,2 % de elementos de microaleación y como resto por hierro e impurezas inevitables, aplicándose: 75 < (Mn2 + 55*Cr)/Cr < 3000 con Mn: contenido en Mn del acero en % en peso, Cr: contenido en Cr del acero en % en peso y presenta una estructura que está constituida por al menos el 80 % en superficie de martensita, de la cual al menos el 75 % en superficie es martensita recocida y como máximo el 25 % en superficie es martensita no recocida, al menos el 5 % en volumen de austenita residual, del 0,5 al 10 % en superficie de ferrita y como máximo el 5 % en superficie de bainita, encontrándose en la zona del límite de fases entre martensita recocida y austenita residual un borde de ferrita con bajo contenido en Mn, que presenta una anchura de al menos 4 nm y como máximo 12 nm y cuyo contenido en Mn asciende a como máximo el 50 % del contenido en Mn total promedio del producto plano de acero, y el producto plano de acero presenta carburos, cuya longitud es igual o inferior a 250 nm. La invención se refiere también a un procedimiento para la fabricación de un producto plano de acero de acuerdo con la invención, en el que mediante un tratamiento con calor adecuado se ajusta la calidad de estructura del producto plano de acero de acuerdo con la invención.
