Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un sistema de extensión de fondo de perforación para sellar una zona dañada en una estructura tubular metálica de pozo en un pozo que tiene una parte superior, que comprende: un montaje de extensión que tiene un primer extremo, un segundo extremo más cerca de la parte superior, una cara interna, una primera barrera anular hidráulica expansible y una segunda barrera anular hidráulica expansible, un montaje de herramienta de fondo de perforación que tiene una herramienta de despliegue operada hidráulicamente para conectar de manera liberable el montaje de herramienta de fondo de perforación al segundo extremo del montaje de extensión, el montaje de herramienta de fondo de perforación adicionalmente comprende una primera unidad selladora dispuesta por arriba de la primera barrera anular hidráulica expansible y la segunda barrera anular hidráulica expansible, y configurada para sellar sobre la cara interna del montaje de extensión, y una unidad de cierre configurada para cerrar el primer extremo del montaje de extensión, en donde el montaje de herramienta de fondo de perforación adicionalmente comprende un dispositivo sellador dispuesto por arriba de la herramienta de despliegue y la primera unidad selladora, el dispositivo sellador tiene un elemento sellador anular que tiene un primer diámetro externo en una primera condición y un segundo diámetro externo que es más grande que el primer diámetro externo en una segunda condición para sellar sobre una cara interna de la estructura tubular metálica de pozo, el dispositivo sellador comprende un canal de fluido configurado para conectar de manera fluida un interior del montaje de extensión con la estructura tubular metálica de pozo arriba del dispositivo sellador cuando está en la segunda condición para expandir la primera barrera anular hidráulica expansible y la segunda barrera anular hidráulica expansible. Finalmente, la invención se relaciona con un sistema de pozo de fondo de perforación y con un método de reparación.
