Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para procesar artículos usando un sistema de calentamiento por microondas que incluye obtener un perfil de operación para calentar un tipo de artículo usando el sistema de calentamiento por microondas. El perfil de operación incluye un perfil de temperatura-tiempo para un valor F0 objetivo y un grupo de valores de punto establecido para lograr el perfil de temperatura-tiempo, el grupo de valores de punto establecido incluye un objetivo para un parámetro de control del sistema de calentamiento por microondas. Usar un sistema de control operativamente acoplado al sistema de calentamiento por microondas, el sistema de calentamiento por microondas es operado de conformidad con el grupo de valores de punto establecido de manera que cada uno de los artículos logra un valor F0 que es mayor que o igual al valor F0 objetivo.
