Abstract

Sistema para monitoreo y control del suministro de fluido en los camiones despachadores de GLP tipo autotanques, el vehículo consta de un medidor de nivel de líquido de GLP, una líneas de salida sobre la que se coloca de forma fluida una válvula solenoide que permite o corta el flujo de GLP además de un flujómetro que mide el caudal que fluye por dicha línea de salida, una manguera acoplada de manera fluida a la referida línea de salida con un conector que le permite acoplarse con seguridad a un tanque estacionario; el sistema además comprende el uso de un dispositivo móvil de cómputo móvil, una central que cuenta con al menos un dispositivo de computo fijo conectado a una red de datos WIFI o red de datos de telefonía móvil con la cual se comunica con el dispositivo de computo móvil. El referido medidor de nivel está acoplado electrónicamente a un primer manejador que consta de una tarjeta electrónica, un procesador, así como una primera antena que permite enviar datos vía Bluetooth al dispositivo móvil de computo; la referida válvula solenoide está acoplada eléctricamente a un segundo manejador que consta de una tarjeta electrónica, un procesador, medios para energizar o de-energizar la válvula solenoide así como una segunda antena que permite recibir y enviar datos vía Bluetooth al dispositivo móvil de computo; además el referido flujómetro está acoplado electrónicamente a un tercer manejador que consta de una tarjeta electrónica, un procesador, así como una tercera antena que permite enviar datos vía Bluetooth al dispositivo móvil de computo; en donde el dispositivo móvil de cómputo recibe información proveniente del sensor de nivel y del flujómetro los cuales coteja en todo momento cuando se está despachando GLP, también puede enviar la instrucción encriptada de abrir o cerrar la válvula solenoide, en base al cotejo de los datos recibidos de los sensores y la ubicación geográfica del dispositivo de cómputo móvil.
