Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la preparación de un compuesto de fórmula química 2 que es un intermediario usado para sintetizar antidiabéticos que inhiben la enzima dipeptidil peptidasa IV, que 1) puede producirlo en alta pureza mediante una ciclación y deciclación de oxazolidinona que la convierte en una amida, 2) es capaz de aumentar el rendimiento y aumentar la productividad mediante la estabilización del procedimiento de preparación, y 3) puede lograr un efecto de mejora tal como reducción del costo de materias primas, etc. usando un material de partida de una muestra económica.
