Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para formar una pieza (material) en bruto de aleación Al de la serie 6xxx o 7xxx. El método comprende los pasos de calentar la pieza (material) en bruto a una temperatura de solución (SHT), TSHT, para la aleación del pieza (material) en bruto en una estación de calentamiento y mantener la pieza (material) en bruto a dicha temperatura SHT hasta que se complete SHT, enfriar la pieza (material) en bruto en una estación de enfriamiento a una temperatura intermedia, TITM, a la que se detiene el movimiento cinético de la aleación en la pieza (material) en bruto y a una tasa de enfriamiento lo suficientemente alta como para que no se produzca la recristalización en la aleación de la pieza (material) en bruto, formando la pieza (material) en bruto en una herramienta de conformado, enfriando la pieza (material) en bruto formado a temperatura ambiente, TE, y envejeciendo artificialmente la pieza (material) en bruto formado y templado en una estación de envejecimiento. La presente invención se refiere además a un sistema de formación de piezas en bruto de aleación Al de la serie 6xxx o 7xxx (1, 3).
