Abstract

La presente descripción da a conocer un método para detectar un aneuploide de una planta de Brassica oleracea, que incluye: llevar a cabo una PCR en tiempo real usando ADN extraído de una muestra derivada de una planta de Brassica oleracea para ser probado como una plantilla y marcadores de ADN específicos para cada uno de dos o más cromosomas de la planta Brassica oleracea; y detectar aneuploidia cromosómica a partir de una diferencia relativa en la cantidad de amplificación. entre los marcadores de ADN obtenidos. De acuerdo con una modalidad de la presente invención, es posible detectar de manera simple, precisar y rápida una mutación (aneuploide cromosómico) que puede ocurrir en variedades de Brassica oleracea, en un laboratorio equipado con un equipo biológico molecular general en el curso de control de calidad de semillas e investigación de mejoramiento genético.
