Abstract
Se divulga un procedimiento y un dispositivo para transmitir datos, en el que estos pueden mejorar la flexibilidad de la transmisión de datos. El procedimiento comprende: un dispositivo de red que envía información de configuración a un dispositivo terminal, comprendiendo la información de configuración al menos una de las siguientes: información para indicar una posición inicial para la transmisión de un bloque de datos de enlace ascendente, información para indicar una posición final para la transmisión de un bloque de datos de enlace ascendente e información para configurar una señal de referencia para la transmisión de un bloque de datos de enlace ascendente; y de acuerdo con la información de configuración, recibir por el dispositivo de red un bloque de datos de enlace ascendente enviado por el dispositivo terminal.
