Abstract
En las modalidades de la divulgación se proporcionan métodos para transmitir datos, un dispositivo terminal y un dispositivo de red; un método incluye que: un dispositivo terminal recibe información de configuración semiestática enviada por un dispositivo de red, la información de configuración semiestática se usa para indicar un estado inicial de una función de transmisión de datos replicados de una entidad de Protocolo de Convergencia de Paquetes de Datos (Packet Data Convergence Protocol) (PDCP) correspondiente a un Portador de Radio (Radio Bearer) (RB), y el estado inicial incluye un estado activado o un estado desactivado; y el dispositivo terminal establece un primer RB de acuerdo con la información de configuración semiestática. Los métodos, el dispositivo terminal y el dispositivo de red proporcionados por las modalidades de la divulgación, ayudan a mejorar la confiabilidad de la transmisión de datos.
