Abstract
Se propone un método, un instrumento de extracción y un instrumento dispensador para pretratar una muestra biológica en particular para una prueba biológica-molecular en particular de la muestra, el instrumento de extracción se sella o puede sellarse por medio de compresión, y/o la muestra P se introduce o puede introducirse en el instrumento dispensador a través de un pistón del instrumento dispensador y/o se filtra o puede filtrarse en el instrumento dispensador. Además, se propone un kit para pretratar una muestra biológica en particular para una prueba biológica-molecular en particular de la muestra la cual comprende un instrumento receptor para recibir la muestra, un instrumento de extracción, un agente de tratamiento para tratar la muestra y un instrumento dispensador.
