Abstract
Se describe un sistema para dispensar material alimenticio fluido en una cavidad de conformación de un molde, del tipo que comprende los pasos de: - avanzar una pluralidad de moldes (M1, M2) en una línea de transporte (2), a lo largo de una dirección de avance (X), cada uno de los cuales comprende al menos una cavidad de conformación; - proporcionar una máquina dispensadora (4) a lo largo de dicha línea de transporte (2) provista de una formación de boquillas (6; 61, 62, 63) que comprende al menos una línea de boquillas dispuestas a lo largo de una dirección (K) transversal a dicha dirección de avance (X). El proceso se caracteriza en que entrega el material durante el avance de los moldes, y en que ajusta la cantidad de material dispensado como una función de la variación de profundidad en el individuo la conformación de la cavidad a lo largo del avance dirección (X).
